Toddler Lead Teacher/Guide

Seeking a confident teacher to join our amazing team at Mindful Explorers Montessori! Teachers currently enrolled in a MACTE accredited training program should apply!

Roles & Responsibilities
-
Guide classroom learning environment through connection and mutual respect
-
Plan and record lessons
-
Create and foster positive relationships with parents through in-person communication as well as via our app and email on a daily basis
-
Excellent verbal communication skills with toddlers
-
Maintain ongoing dialogue with staff and be a team player
-
Prepare and attend parent teacher conferences
-
Develop and participate in school functions such as parent education nights, and other gatherings
-
Participate in ongoing self-assessment and refinement of practice in the classroom as well as collaborative professional growth
Qualifications & Requirements
-
MACTE accredited Lead Teacher / Guide certification + classroom experience REQUIRED / NO EXCEPTIONS

Associate or higher level degree

Roles & Responsibilities
