Toddler Lead Teacher/Guide

Description 

Seeking a confident teacher to join our amazing team at Mindful Explorers Montessori! Teachers currently enrolled in a MACTE accredited training program should apply!

Salary

$50,000

Start Date

Flexible - August 2023

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Guide classroom learning environment through connection and mutual respect

  • Plan and record lessons

  • Create and foster positive relationships with parents through in-person communication as well as via our app and email on a daily basis

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with toddlers

  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with staff and be a team player

  • Prepare and attend parent teacher conferences

  • Develop and participate in school functions such as parent education nights, and other gatherings

  • Participate in ongoing self-assessment and refinement of practice in the classroom as well as collaborative professional growth


Qualifications & Requirements

  • MACTE accredited Lead Teacher / Guide certification + classroom experience REQUIRED / NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Associate or higher level degree

  • Submit to a background check

 

Schedule & Perks

  • Four day work week! Monday-Thursday, 7:15am - 4:30pm

  • 24 paid holidays + summer break

Toddler Teaching Assistant

Description 

Seeking a confident teaching assistant to join our amazing team at Mindful Explorers Montessori! 

Salary

$18/hr

Start Date

Roles & Responsibilities
